At The Nest Collective, we collect donations of gently used household goods and furniture and provide them to individuals and families that are overcoming homelessness, escaping domestic violence or other crisis in our community. You can learn more about our mission on our website at www.nestcollective.org
We are looking for local furniture designers, upholsterers and artisans that are interested in volunteering their time and materials to help us makeover dated and vintage chairs for our upcoming Chair-ity Auction. We have some awecome designers already on board...we need you, too! Paint it, refinish it, reupholster it...you will have full creative license. Proceeds from the auction will be used to provide home furnishing assistance for our neighbors in need.

Description
At the Nest Collective we collect gently used furniture and household items and provide them at no cost to those overcoming homelessness, domestic violence and crisis in our community. Volunteers are always needed to help with sorting donations, cleaning and painting furniture, preparing client orders and picking up and delivery furniture and household goods.
