Every Woman's Wellness Cooperative is recruiting volunteers who are willing to share their experiences, skills, and talents with the community.
The "Co-Op" is organized by a team of women from our local community who desire to provide a safe space for women to come togetherr, grow, learn, and build mutually healthy and supportive relationships.
If you have an experience or skill you would like to share with other women in a safe supportive environment, please reach out to us and request our "Gathering Proposal" form. All sessions are offered free of charge and are open to all women, regardless of race, ethnicity, social-economic status, orientation, or religion.
Past Gatherings have included topics such as Gentle Beginners Yoga, Soul Collage, Poetry Writing, Healthy Relationships and Communication, and Preventing Financial Abuse.
With the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, many of our gatherings have gone virtual, so you can lead from the safety of your home/office.

Description
Life transitions can happen suddenly. When these changes occur, the impact can result in not knowing where to turn for help. The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) offers assistance to women in Alexander, Burke, Caldwell and Catawba Counties.
Women turn to us for many reasons:

Support Groups
Women’s Resource Center assists countless women and families in this region, offering help to those in need; affirmation to those in transition; encouragement to those seeking growth; hope to those who are searching; and empowerment to all who desire whole, healthy and vibrant lives.
