Your perspective is valued! Would you be interested in joining our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)?
PFAC members help us with program/policy reviews, provide input for a variety of committees, develop a better process of care, and improve the overall patient experience. Members must be willing to share their story and experiences with a variety of groups at the hospital.
Each PFAC Member:
- Shares insight and experiences in productive ways
- Sees beyond his/her own personal experience
- Respects diversity and different opinions
- Listens well
- Collaborates on solutions
- Has passion for improving the overall healthcare experience
Considerations:
- A commitment of two years is required.
