ORGANIZATION: Latin American Legal Defense and Education Fund

A reliable, fully bilingual English-Spanish volunteer is needed to help our clients fight wage theft. Many undocumented and documented workers are not paid their proper wages, though it is explicitly against NJ State Law. This volunteer, supervised by LALDEF staff, will meet with clients and collect all pertinent information to a wage theft claim, then prepare letters and other documentation in pursuit of fixing that claim.
