Are you a seasoned business professional? Do you wish to use your skills in the social impact sector? Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in nonprofit organizations for those usually 50+, with 20+ years of work experience, who are considering retiring and wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships are flexible, part to full time, for 250, 500, or 1000 hours. A $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours is pro-rated for lesser hour engagements.

If you have skills fundraising and development, a non-profit needs your help. If interested, to learn more and to apply visit https://encore.org/fellowships/directory/. For more information contact vdixit@encore.org

Matches are made based on skills, interests, and availability of positions at non-profit hosts. Fellowships include education on the sector and networking with a cohort of peers.
