Center for Hospice Care is an independent, community-based, not-for-profit organization that provides an environment that allows persons with progressive or incurable illnesses to live each day in his or her own way--in comfort and dignity, with hope, and with personal satisfaction and worth. Provides services to patients and families in Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, LaPorte, LaGrange, Marshall, St. Joseph and Starke Counties in Northern Indiana. It is Indiana's most chosen hospice and was established in 1978. Services include skilled nursing, home health aides, social workers, spiritual care counselors, bereavement counselors, and volunteers.
