NVO, Inc. is advocating to End Life/Life Without Parole for 1st Time Offenders of ANY Offense, in MA, with no prior history of involvement with the Law prior to their first and only mistake. Prisoners are too often stereotyped and Everyone deserves a second chance. We also seek to stop the severe Human/Civil Rights' Violations of the incarcerated population in Massachusetts Prisons. There has been high rates of suicides in Massachusetts Prisons which can be prevented if the abuses, deprivations, ongoing harassment's, medical and psychological neglect ceases. Transparency and Accountability is of great importance in prevention of suicides.
