We are seeking new and seasoned leaders interested in being a part of a growing non-profit in the Northeast Ohio community. Limitless Ambition, Inc is a part of a pioneering trend to inspire and motivate young women to dream, believe, and achieve without limits! We develop teen programs that answer the needs of the Northeast Ohio community.

The real work of our organization comes with inviting women and men in our community to dream, believe, and achieve our mission of empowering emerging women. Your purpose, passions, and skills have a role and we align you with our goals to ensure our mutual success.
We are currently in need of people interested in working with our Finance Committee in a coordination/assistance capacity. The Goal of the Finance Committee to provide financial oversight for the organization. Typical task areas include budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, and the creation and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies.
As a member of this committee, you will attend team meetings, support the strategy, implement action steps, and celebrate successes.
Ideal for Volunteers who have held one of the following positions: Accounting Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, CPA, Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Revenue Cycle Manager, Bank Manager, Bank Teller, Accounting Clerk, Treasury Analyst, Financial Aid Counselor, Financial Counselor, Financial Planner, Business Analyst)
The Committee typically meets once a month in Akron.

Built and led by women, the nonprofit preserves and promotes the visions of emerging women who have been discouraged from pursuing their goals. By providing resources, training, and support - this young organization assists girls and young women in developing limitless ambitions. The mission of Limitless Ambition is to empower emerging women to relentlessly pursue their dreams.
Description
Limitless Ambition’s four programming arms advance the organization’s goals. They include the Purposely Chosen Teen Program - a facilitated curriculum-based program for teen girls, designed to equip them with the tools they need to pursue passion, demonstrate leadership, and overcome obstacles; Limitless Ambition Dream Kits - duffle bags distributed to young girls who have experienced trauma and/ or are living in foster care; Ladies of Legacy - the organization’s annual women’s empowerment event awarding two scholarships to local seniors; and Community Workshops - held at churches, schools, and community organizations, these workshops are designed to help women overcome emotional obstacles and live the lives they desire.
