Haven Hospice Community Resources team focuses on providing support to individuals and their families who are coping with advanced illness. We are currently looking for volunteers who are interested in our Speakers' Bureau and Outreach volunteer team to help promote awareness and education in the community as a Haven ambassador, set up displays at health fairs and conduct presentations at churches and organizations. Training will be provided.
We also need Volunteers for Advance Care Planning facilitator, Administrative assistance, Transitions Call Volunteers.
