Help create "The Chatitat" - an accessible space for people to learn about bird habitat, watch birds, bathe in nature, or read a book from our Little Library. Volunteers will plant native trees and shrubs and assist with other activities in the construction of this specialized area for birds who love brushy, woodland habitats. You might even hear or see a Northern bobwhite! This is a great activity for people of all abilities and ages. Plants, gloves and tools provided.
Complimentary lunch and every family will receive a native plant to take home.
Plants, gloves and trowels provided. After lunch, you are welcome to explore Aullwood by yourself or with friends or family - your admission fee will be waived. This event will be at the Farm, 9101 Frederick Pike, Dayton 45414. RAIN DATE: Saturday, May 2, 2020

Aullwood is one of 41 Nature Centers within the Audubon network and focuses on protecting and promoting birds and their habitats as well as rare livestock breeds. We offer conservation, environmental and sustainable agricultural education programs through hands-on activities and outdoor exploration for people of all ages.
