The Virtual Silver Lining Gala is a charity event for the non profit ALS Association Evergreen Chapter on May 22, 2021. We are looking for volunteers in the 4 states our chapter serves- Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska to help us with procurement for the silent and live auction as well with promotion and ticket sales. This is a fun event to help plan! You can count on-
Regular meetings streamed virtually via Zoom
If you cannot attend meetings, simple tasks will be assigned.
Meetings are bi-weekly on Thursday at 3pm (PDT) and are 1 hour (this can change to evening if committee members request a later time)
Areas of help needed- procurement (online submissions primarily, some phone calls to last year donors), AV expertise, ticket sales, auction item pick up, auction basket assembly, auction item data base entry,
