Attend an informational meeting and training for Teams Helping Teams Committee

Letter

Participate in a letter writing campaign for the Walk

Touch Base - Committee

Maintain regular communication with Teams Helping Teams Committee members to gain updates about Family Team progress.

Touch Base - ALSA

Maintain regular communication with ALSA Walk Staff to provide updates about the info you receive from Committee Members and Family Teams.

Kick-Off

Participate in the Kick-Off Luncheon as a guest speaker about your experience with ALS

Walk Team

Form a Walk Team and participate in the Walk

ALSA

Allow ALSA to send emails and letters under your signature to Family Teams encouraging their participation.

Walk Day Duties

Greet

Greet as many Family Team Committee members and Family Team as possible.

Wear a hat, pin, shirt, etc. that designates you as the Family Team Chair

The ALS Association Evergreen Chapter offers comprehensive support for persons diagnosed with ALS, their families and caregivers cope with the day to day challenges of living with ALS by providing information, resources, and referrals to many sources.

Our Chapter's goal is to offer hope and support in all areas we serve - Washington, Idaho, Montana & Alaska.
