· Registration Table

· T-Shirt Distribution

· Chapter Merchandise

· Food and Drink Table

· Water Stations

· Traffic Directors

· Goodie Bag Station

· ALS Support Group and Information Table

Contact Info

Record all contact information on sheet provided by Development Coordinator.

Volunteer Meeting

Hold an informational meeting for representative volunteers about set up, take down, layout, placement, stations, etc

Reminder

Contact all volunteers 3-4 days before the event to remind them

Thank You

Draft a thank you letter to all volunteers from Volunteer Chair & ALSA

Walk Day Duties

Volunteer Registration

Greet & Check in all volunteers on Walk Day. Distribute Volunteer t-shirts to each Walk Day Volunteer

Supervise

Oversee all volunteers to make sure they are in the right location and fully informed

Traffic

Have specific volunteers designated to direct traffic on walk day. Put one volunteer in charge of traffic/parking with a few volunteers in their command.
