Coach

Girls on the Run is looking for another coach at Fort Washington! Coaches meet twice per week with their team of 8-18 girls and 2-3 co-coaches over the course of 10 weeks (March-May.) Coaches are responsible for leading the lessons, encouraging the girls, and attending the 5K at the end of the season. We train coaches in a one-day training before the season begins. All coaches are required to submit their clearances prior to the first practice. No running experience is necessary, just a positive attitude! Males are welcome, too, as well as college students! Practice days and times are Tues/Thurs from 4-5:30PM at the school.
