On April 4th, Vivent Health (formerly the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin) will host its 34th Annual Make A Promise Gala and Auction, bringing together more than 1,000 business executives, philanthropists, community leaders and friends for an evening of glitz and glamour, while raising funds for the fight against AIDS.
We would love for you to join us for this exciting event.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Day of the Event (April 4th):
Registration: 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm * Volunteers assist registration staff by retrieving guests registration materials
Coat Check Shift 1: 4:15-8:00 pm *Volunteers welcome guests *Exchange guest's coat for a ticket tag
Coat Check Shift 2 8:00 pm - Midnight (likely finish sooner) *Volunteers thank guests for attending Make A Promise * Exchange guest’s ticket tag for coat
Silent Auction Monitor & Clean Up: 3:30-8:30 pm *Volunteers keep auction items in order, observe auction process, direct questions about items to staff, collect auction items at close, transport items to check-out room
Live Auction & Envelope Appeal Spotter: 7:15-9:30 pm *Volunteers watch for guests who bid on live auction items and point them out to auctioneer, collect winning bidder information, collect envelopes from tables

Vivent Health provides aggressive HIV education and prevention; access to comprehensive services for people affected by HIV disease; clinical research on HIV treatment; and HIV advocacy. Vivent Health serves all Wisconsin resident through 9 offices located throughout the state. Medical and dental clinics in Milwaukee and Green Bay provide services to all clients, regardless of their ability to pay.
