For over 30 years JARC Florida has created programs to help integrate adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities into the community. One of the most successful is Community Works. Launched in 2014, this program places our clients at local businesses where they train under JARC supervision for later employment.
This volunteer opportunity entails assisting our clients learn successful work habits and light job skills such as folding napkins and arranging table settings at a Boca Raton restaurant.
