We are looking for a motivated and self-driven people who are passionate about ending poverty through STEM education, experiences, and industry partnership for all students. People who want to gain experience in coordinating events and connect with the Phoenix/Tempe communities are very welcome to volunteer in our organization.
Here are some qualifications that we are looking for:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
Planning event details and aspects, including classroom and guests
Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
