Community Educators

Community Educators are volunteer public speakers who help the Alzheimer's Association provide consumer education. These volunteers deliver prepared presentations on topics related to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.


Community Representatives

Community Representatives raise awareness of our programs, provide basic information, and link consumers to services. They liaise with the Association and local businesses, civic groups, or faith groups.


Early-Stage Leaders

Early-stage social Engagement Leaders plan activities such as bowling, baseball games, potlucks, tours, and other cultural events for people living with memory loss and their care partners.


Faith Outreach Representatives

Faith Outreach Representatives are liaisons between the Alzheimer's Association and local faith groups or congregations. They share information about Alzheimer’s disease, our free resources, and ways to join our cause at local community and education events.


Support Group Facilitators

Support Group Facilitators create a safe, open environment where people share their feelings, thoughts and experiences to better cope with and manage the shared challenges of dementia.
