Unlimited Potential is seeking for volunteers to help Saturdays from 9am to 1pm during the Farmer's market operations, support our public education efforts, and add to the markets’ spirit of community. Farmer's Market is located at 1200 W Vineyard Rd, Phoenix, AZ.

Description
Unlimited Potential is a grassroots agency which has educational programs for under-served populations. Our Adult Programs focus on teaching English as second language, literacy, life skills, parenting, GED classes, computer and we also provide training for community health workers/promotores; Community Programs focus on health education, community garden, healing garden, developing skills to create a healthy environment. Children and Adolescent Programs help children 6 mo-5 yrs gain communication and socialization. These programs meet 5 days/week. Weekend events and evening workshops are available. Program content is based on the interests and needs of participants, who live in the Phoenix community. Most clients attend for 2 years, then go to college or get part-time jobs. Our staff are bilingual. We have an 80% retention rate.
