Únase al Consejo Columbia Slough Watershed, la Oficina de Servicios Ambientales, Metro y Verde para esta plantación de restauración en la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales Columbia Boulevard. Plantaremos arbustos y árboles nativos para crear hábitat para la vida silvestre, ayudar a manejar las aguas pluviales y prevenir la erosión del suelo. ¡Este evento se llevará a cabo principalmente en español!

Este evento sucederá con lluvia o sol! Vístase para el clima y use pantalones largos, camisas de manga larga y zapatos resistentes. Join Columbia Slough Watershed Council, Bureau of Environmental Services, Metro, and Verde for this restoration planting at the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant. We’ll be planting native shrubs and trees to create habitat for wildlife, help manage stormwater, and prevent soil erosion. This event will be conducted primarily in Spanish!

This event takes place rain or shine! Please dress for the weather and wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts, and sturdy shoes. Instruction, tools, gloves, snacks, and warm drinks will be provided. This is a family-friendly event, but children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. Registration is requested.

This event is open to the public and will be geared toward a Spanish-speaking audience. All are welcome.

Event time is to be determined, either 9am-12pm or 10am-1pm. Check back for more information.
