Providence Elder Place-PACE is an innovative program of services for older adults. Providence Elder Place helps older adults remain as healthy and independent as possible in the community for as long as possible.

Adult Day Health Program Assistant/Spanish Translator: Our Kent Alder Adult Day Health program is growing fast. We would love to have you join us in our important service to our elders. Spanish Translating Volunteer for our Spiritual Care Program.

When: One Thursday a month from 10am-11am,

Who:

  • Caring, a good listener
  • Dependable
  • Enjoy interacting with older adults
  • 16 + years of age.
  • Intermediate or above Spanish Speaking.
What:
  • a general volunteer orientation of two hours
  • Free Background Check.
  • PPE Training
  • Free Medical Screening, Covid 19 Vaccination Required.

Description

Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. Our model of care is known as PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly).Participants attend the Providence ElderPlace Center on a regular basis, and transportation is provided. The ElderPlace team of health care and social service professionals and our affiliates provide comprehensive integrated care to our participants.
