Through these educational programs, we provide a platform for local people to share their culture and have agency over their stories. These interactions are also financially rewarding for our clients, as we pay them fairly for their time and help increase their sales. Our goal is to empower local communities while fostering conversations that shift perspectives and increase understanding.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to lend their skills and knowledge to our small, dynamic organization, while witnessing the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing social enterprise in Mexico. Our Global Fellow should be passionate about travel and cross-cultural learning, and have some knowledge of sustainable approaches to development. We would be especially impressed by candidates who can articulate how their specific background and skillset would strengthen our organization and operations, and are open to proposals ranging from administrative support, web management and design, program innovation and more.
