Reach out and let someone know you care. You'll call hospice patients and their families to check in with them: how are you doing? do you need anything? do you have questions or concerns for your hospice team?
You'll make someone's day by listening to their concerns and make sure they've got what they need to be comfortable.
Must pass a background check, orientation (at your own pace) and mentoring.
