Our Emergency Assistance Program starts at 12:30 and ends around 4:30. Some hands on training is needed to complete this task.
We need assistance interviewing / screening clients to help administer funding. You would be shadowing a few days a week until you got the hang of things, then could have a more flexible schedule.
If you are not fond of one on one interaction you can help with the phone screening and scheduling of appointments.
Both positions report to the Emergency Financial Assistance Director for scheduling and training.
