- Manage and lead the current volunteers to ensure all work is completed efficiently.
- Work to increase volunteer participation
- Computer literacy (able to set up an account on our learning website, watch learning videos, take notes, take short quizzes, and will receive a certificate of completion! This is needed in order to complete data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Good speaking voice, able to answer phone in a positive and professional manner to direct callers to finding the appropriate solution to their questions.
- The right candidate will also undergo training to learn and understand working with a diverse background of people who may live in scarcity mode and what that can look and feel like.
- Able to walk, lift up to 15lbs, and place food inside a vehicle, freezer, or cart with wheels to transport to delivery locations.
- Driver license with good driving record and insurance required.
- The chosen candidate will get to participate in all Nutrition, Information Technology, and any other educational classes that will be offered this year through our partnerships in the community. The candidate will have a chance to learn and earn any certificate of completion or completion awards that are offered to attendees.(Attendance and participation requirements for each class)
- The hours are negotiable approx. 5 hours weekly.

Our goal: We want to organize and sustain any individual who is motivated, as well as knowledgeable of any technology necessary for daily use. Therefore, we are compelled to create a community of users and groups of users, surround them with a real and virtual network of staff, volunteers, and peers to provide a readily accessible and educational environment.
Technology alone is not the answer. Also, technology with the most effective instruction and community network will ease everyday frustrations.
