Blast off with GLCM at Cherrytown Fun Night as we create and launch stomp rockets! We need volunteers to help kids create and launch miniature rockets. No prior experience necessary!
GLCM will also have their sand art table at the event. Help kids create little works of sand art for them to take home.

The Great Lakes Children's Museum creates hands-on, interactive and informal educational environments for children and the adults in their lives that invite curiosity, allow exploration, and celebrate the child-like wonder in all of us.
Description
Volunteers are vital to making the Museum run smoothly. Volunteers make it possible for the Museum to offer exciting, educational, safe experiences for all our visitors. Contributing your time and skills benefits our community, while developing new skills and interests, meeting new friends, and making a difference in the life of a child. The Museum provides endless challenges for creativity, imagination, and exploration, and is currently looking for help to fulfill its mission. There is a variety of volunteer opportunities available, from one-time to short and long term.
