Help to keep these trails clean, safe, and ecologically healthy by joining the NYC Parks Stewardship Team and the Natural Areas Conservancy on a trail maintenance hike! During these 2 hour hikes, you’ll learn about the geology and ecology of NYC’s natural areas while helping to maintain the trail systems by clearing overgrown trail corridors, cutting back invasive plants, and removing obstacles and debris.
