ORGANIZATION: Special Events Management

The 17th Annual University of Utah Health Salt Lake City Marathon presented by Bank of America, Salt Lake’s original and only downtown running event, will take place on Saturday, April 18th, 2020. Essential to this iconic event is the 1000+ volunteer team that works tirelessly and enthusiastically to support our runners, walkers, and cyclists. There are many opportunities to volunteer. Even better...you get to choose what you'd like to do that day when you register! The sooner you commit, the more choice options you'll have.

There are also opportunities available the week and day before the event. The expo is scheduled for Friday April 17th, and will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center (100 S W Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101). We need lots of volunteers for this fun pre-race ritual as well as to help with event set-up.

There are many ways to get involved with the Salt Lake City Marathon and this is your first step - REGISTER TODAY. Select a job, give us your details, and wait to be contacted by the Lead Volunteer for your preferred task...it's that simple!

Every volunteer will receive an event t-shirt and they are awesome for 2020! The perks are awesome - just like our Volunteers!
