What will you build?
Since 1988, Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley has been providing safe, decent, and affordable housing to those in need. We have built 100 homes in Longmont and the surrounding area, and over 130 homes through our international tithe program.
Mission Statement: "Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope."

Since 1988, Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley has been building simple, decent, affordable homes for those in need throughout our community. The mission of Habitat for Humanity is "to put God’s love into action, bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope."
Description
Based in Longmont, Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley has built 120 homes locally. Our homes are sold to qualified family partners at cost with a no-profit mortgage. As homeowners repay their mortgage, the funds are invested into building more homes for deserving families. We select homeowner families based on their need for adequate shelter, their ability to pay for a Habitat home, and their willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity, including taking financial and homeownership classes. All homeowners contribute "sweat equity"; they work in partnership with the affiliate and other volunteers, contributing up to 500 hours of volunteer service.
