Every year, library advocates from across New York State converge on Albany in February to voice their support for funding and policies that benefit libraries.
We have no idea what 2021 will look like. But we are still getting ready for our February Advocacy campaign. For the past two years, our Advocacy Campaign meant tabling at the Washington Avenue Branch on Tuesday afternoons. We are looking at several ideas, including phoning our Friends and Supporters or having brief advocacy meetups on Tuesday afternoons in front of APL branches. We will confirm our plan by January 23, 2021. Drop us a note and let us know if you are interested.
Thank you!
