Shabazz Safety Day - Join Councilmember Rick Jennings for a day of fun and activities on Saturday, April 18 th at Valley Hi Park, 8185 Center Parkway. Volunteers are needed to assist with event set up, tear down and assistance during the event. Volunteers will assist vendors from 9:30-3:30 pm (3 shifts available), registration 9:30 am -12:30 pm and stage area throughout the event. Volunteers are also needed to assist with wayfinding and food distribution. Instructions and maps of the event will be available to volunteers.
