ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - Greater New York Region

This role serves as a resident expert and coach on volunteer relations issues. You will serve as the liaison to the Volunteer Services office, Regional Volunteer Services Officer and employees.

The HR professional will work with the Regional Volunteer Services Officer to ensure Staff Services, Staff Relations and Staff Advocates know how to contact appropriate Volunteer Relations worker(s) when issues arise.

You will also serve as a resource and support to the Regional Volunteer Relations Team Members through managing ongoing communication to include, answering questions, holding training's and/or calls to encourage best practice sharing, etc. along with other Volunteer HR professionals.
