Levine Cancer Institute (LCI) is seeking volunteers to serve at our Morehead campus. This site is open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. We are currently recruiting for the following volunteer roles:
Cancer Resource Center: Our Cancer Resource Center is a partnership with the American Cancer Society. This is a central hub for patients to come and get connected to services both at LCI and in the community. Volunteers help provide patients with wigs, hats, and scarves and provide support and education regarding resources.
Outpatient Clinic Volunteers: LCI has recently expanded into another building. We are seeking volunteers to help provide support to clinics on an assigned floor of the institute, helping patients understand the registration process, keeping them informed while they wait for their appointments, and helping them navigate the buildings as they have receive their care.
