GENERAL SUMMARY: Support the Construction Team and help with loss prevention! Assist with tracking and maintenance of tools and equipment to help the Construction Team meet their goals and use resources well.
LOCATION: Primarily the construction site, occasionally the warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Count and record the number and types of tools and supplies. Compare to previous records and notify staff is items are missing.
- Organize supply trailers and PODS on site.
- Check tools and supplies for low inventory and wear that requires maintenance. Tag tools for repair or removal if not in working condition.
- Communicate tool and supply needs to construction staff.
