Responsibilities :

  • Support corporate sponsorship needs ahead of highly-visible Sound the Alarm home fire installation campaign (spring 2020)
  • Responsibilities to include: tracking corporate donations & participation details; Salesforce reporting; support for benefits tracking and execution; analyzing trends and best practices. Research and Recommendations on Fundraising Trends
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Gather feedback from Red Cross regions and internal stakeholders
  • Identify trends, best practices and challenges
  • Present recommendations Microsite Support
  • Support steady-state and episodic disaster microsites (corporate online giving platform).
  • Receive cross-training on the microsite platform process to serve as a back-up for microsite and fundraiser support during times of disaster. Training
  • Help manage team training calendar
  • Assist in building and recording program training Marketing materials and case studies
  • Evaluate corporate fundraising materials on The Exchange (Red Cross intranet)
  • Help revise/update materials; Develop new needed resources
  • Compile case studies and best practices on corporate fundraising In-Kind and cause marketing fundraising
  • Take In-Kind and Cause Marketing Red Cross 101 trainings
  • Help customize and deliver future trainings
  • Answer public inquiries and create FAQs
  • Prospect research
  • Create email templates and populate trackers Biomedical Services Fundraising
  • Conduct internal and external research on fundraising trends for health services
  • Gather information on different Red Cross biomedical services programs and evaluate for fundraising potential
  • Develop fundraiser guidance on how to use data and tools
Qualifications :
  • Research skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of organizational, analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivation and strong initiative
  • Computer savvy, Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT required
