Emergency Meal Bags provide easy and accessible meal options for our clients going into Emergency Housing and for our families impacted by COVID-19. These meals will go to assist individuals and families are experiencing a food shortage and do not have access to a traditional kitchen. This program provides three (3) days of non-perishable food items.

What goes in a Emergency Meal Bag? (Each bag contains breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner items).

- Instant Oatmeal Packets/Single serving cereal boxes
- Single serving chef boyardee microwave meals
- Single serving Macaroni and cheese
- Fruit cups/Applesauce cups
- Individually wrapped snacks
- Noodles/Cup of Noodles
- Mini water bottles or Juice Boxes

Items must go in a clear one gallon-sized (or 2 gallon) Ziploc bag. Please include pre-packaged plastic ware, if applicable.

What kinds of food should and should not be included?
All items must be non-perishable Canned goods should not be included (if you would like to donate canned goods for our food pantry please contact our office). Please be sure to check expiration dates prior to donation.

Atlantic Outreach Group (AOG), is a community based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering individuals and families by connecting them to resources needed for their success. We assist those that are overwhelmed by physical, mental, emotional, social and financial challenges, by providing resources that assist in making positive sustainable changes in their lives.

We understand the importance of having a network of support that shares in our mission to help those in need in under-serviced communities. Our dedication to creating partnerships to assist in providing wrap-around support services, is key to our success. AOG strives to bridge the gap in services needed and those available by offering referrals to reputable outside agencies as well as internal programs to individuals and families.
