Please join The Arc, Ocean County Chapter for the 11th Annual Bowl-a-thon & Gift Auction on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Finnigan's Lanes in Lakewood for a fun night of inclusion and charity!
Proceeds from this event support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Volunteers are requested for the following areas:
Set-Up Volunteers
3:30-5:30PM
Set-up tables, decorations, baskets, etc.
Check-In Volunteers
5:00-9:00PM
Welcome and check-in participants,
assign bowling lanes, direct bowlers
Gift Auction Volunteers
5:00-10:00PM
(2 Sessions)
Coordinate and watch baskets, run
prizes to winners, check tickets
Clean-Up Volunteers
7:00-10:30PM
Clean up between sessions (trash,
tables, baskets) and pack up items
Photographers (2)
5:00-10:00PM
Take candid photos of bowlers, auction, volunteers, etc.
Event Prep
Weekdays
Help wrap baskets, label baskets, etc.
