PROPEL is looking for community members and volunteers to come inspire and mentor our students. Volunteers can come inspire the youth by speaking about career path, journey and what obstacles they faced along the way. We are also looking for volunteers to help lead our enrichment programs such as art, leadership, sports, marine biology, outdoor education, and mindfulness.
Current and past educators are always appreciated to help with tutoring and homework help.

PROPEL is dedicated to supporting the academic and social-emotional needs of the most vulnerable in our community. Providing programming to adolescents who are systemically under served, PROPEL fosters self-sufficiency and supports the development of strategies to overcome obstacles.
Description
PROPEL is an after-school program for middle and high school students attending Title 1 schools in our service area. The students participate in homework help and tutoring each day; as well as daily enrichment activities. Through community support and volunteers, PROPEL offers career exploration, mentorship, art, sports and fitness, and leadership programming to the youth who attend.
