At the Alzheimer's Association, we offer peer-or professionally led groups for caregivers, individuals living with Alzheimer's and others dealing with the disease. This support group is for caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. They like to discuss new ideas and get support for their situation. The people who attend this group are kind and fun to listen to. We provide the training for the support group and it is only 1-2 hours a month. You do not need a background in counseling or therapy to facilitate the group.
