Help capture the magic of summer camp! We are looking for a volunteer photographer to take photos and videos during camp (located about an hour south of KC) in summer 2023. Volunteers do not need to have photography expertise, and a camp camera will be provided.
Ideal for young adults or individuals with an interest in photography and/or marketing. Additional experience in social media management and marketing and letters of recommendation can be provided upon request.
We ask that volunteers commit to at least 4 hours between June and early August. Meals and snacks will be provided. Volunteers must pass a background check and take part in a short orientation. To protect campers' privacy, volunteers should NOT use their personal cameras/phones to take photos or videos.
Photographers are also needed to help with our events in the off season! We have several exciting events that happen in the fall and spring!

- Year-round opportunities for group/school outdoor education and other experiences structured to promote, fund, or support the summer camp program.
Wildwood gives underserved youth transformational outdoor learning experiences through the support of community organizations, donors, and foundations. Wildwood programs are designed to deliver four key learning experiences:

After more than 35 years of camping, team-building, environmental exploration and friendship-making, Wildwood Outdoor Education Center is proud of the many lives that have been changed, spirits strengthened, skills built and relationships forged on our 150 acres in Miami County, Kansas.
