We accept store bought and baked goods to put in our family kitchen to provide family members of patients something to snack on when they are here with loved ones. Everything from chocolate chip cookies and chips, to apples and oranges. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Description
Cleveland Clinic Hospice is a not-for-profit organization that provides end-of-life care and bereavement services. The purpose of the Hospice Service is to alleviate suffering, engender hope, promote living and facilitate grieving among patients with serioius or life-limiting illnesses, their families and their communities.
