Do you like being behind the scenes? If you answered yes , then volunteering as a personal shopper my be a great opportunity for a single person to a small group of eight. A personal shopper bags non-perishable food items to prepare for delivery to our home bound low income seniors. You have the ability to work as slow or fast as you like. This opportunity allows us to be efficient and on time daily for the many deliveries we have throughout the month. Our seniors look forward to cheese, milk, juice , fruit and vegetables delivered monthly. ENCAP has been around for over 50 yrs. we service low-income seniors, single mothers and families. We offer food pantries, financial assistance, transportation, counseling at a sliding fee scale & wellness activities for seniors. We have a mighty mission and the help of volunteers allows us to focus on the ongoing need of our community. Our organization is unique and you will definitely enjoy volunteering with our organization.
