Preferred Hospice

Spend your time changing the life of a hospice patient. We are interviewing/screening for volunteers to visit our patients in various locations through out Missouri. These patients reside in nursing homes or in their individual housing. They enjoy conversation, arts and crafts, any type of music, prayer, reading, or you can assist them with a group activity and the will provide you with a smile, a hug, and the knowledge that you have enriched their lives.

We provide excellent orientation and training and assist you on your first visit. After your first visit, you are able to set your own visit hours with the patient. Preferred Hospice does reimburse your mileage (round trip) for each locations you visit.

We are a small hospice company located in the St. Louis area and service a 60 mile radius. We have a compassionate team willing to serve patient's and families at the end of life's journey.
