The United Airlines Rock 'n’ Roll Washington DC Half Marathon is rockin’ through the streets of Washington DC this coming November 5th-7th. Nearly 25,000 participants will complete their journey to their finish line. Rock 'n' Roll Washington DC also features live bands playing along the course, cheerleaders cheering along the route, and a finish line headliner concert. It’s a 26.2-mile block party!

We invite you to be part of our Race Crew. You'll make friends, have fun, AND support thousands of runners and walkers as they work to achieve their goal of crossing their finish line! There are over 1,000 Race Crew volunteer positions available there is a spot for everyone, including teams, corporate groups, or just friends and family.

HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1: Go to runrocknroll.com/dc

Step 2: Click "The Weekend" and then click "VOLUNTEER"

Step 3: Check out the "Race Crew" info section to determine the shift(s) that best fit your schedule

Step 4: Click the "Race Crew" button and sign up!

• o Shift 1 - 11:00am to 3:30pm
• o Shift 2 - 2:30pm to 7:00pm
• Friday, November 6th - Expo
• o Shift 1 - 9:00am to 2:30pm
• o Shift 2 - 1:30pm to 7:30pm
• Saturday, November 7th - Race Day
• o Start Line - 5:00am to 9:00am
• o Start Line Corrals - 6:00am to 9:30am
• o 5K Start & Finish - 6:30am to 10:00am
• o Finish Line - 7:00am to 1:00pm
• o Gear Return @ Finish Line - 8:30am to 1:30pm
• * Water Stations - times vary

GRANTS FOR GROUPS
Volunteering for the event will serve as an opportunity for your community group or organization to receive grant funding. By bringing a group of volunteers to any shift during event weekend, you are eligible to apply for the Volunteerism Grant Program. If you are interested in bringing a group of 10 or more, please contact us at DC@RNRRaceCrew.com. Support your groups mission by supporting athletes on their journey to crossing the finish line!
