This is an unpaid / volunteer internship

10 hrs /week with flexible schedule working from our offices at

4350 Will Rogers Parkway, Ste 400, Oklahoma City, OK 73108

Skills:

• Adobe CC suite(especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with After Effects and Premier Pro being a plus)
• Microsoft Office
• Social Media skills
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Be open to constructive feedback
• Understand the importance of compliance in working in the medical field

Responsibilities:

• Updating Print Collateral with current locations, addresses, and phone numbers
• Preparing files to add to company intranet
• Preparing files for print
• Printing ID badges
• Updating social media, including developing graphics for posting
• Developing compliance training videos, including filming, editing, and producing graphics
• Perform other administrative and design tasks as assigned by the Director of Graphic Design

Wanting a name that would impart a message of comfort to patients and families and encourage staff to aspire to care for patients as lovingly as possible the image of The Good Shepherd spoke to this need.
