Our volunteers can provide seniors with the following services; friendly visits, phone calls, transportation to appointments, shopping escorts, light housekeeping, access to free senior fitness programs designed to improve quality of life by providing functional exercises, and a wealth of information and referrals.
Help carry the groceries in the house, take the trash bins out on trash day, change lights bulbs that may require using a step stool, or drive your senior to their doctor’s appointments. Everybody needs someone and no need is too small to go unmet.
