"We're all just walking each other home" - Ram Dass

At Capital City Hospice we focus on living and strive to improve the quality of life for all our patients. We are currently seeking Volunteers for Companionship and Pet Therapy in Delaware, Franklin, Fairfield, Knox, Licking, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway and Union Counties!

Can you share your gift of presence, read, play a board game, chat, play music, offer companionship?
or
Do you have a licensed Pet Therapy dog?
Then we can show you how to enhance the quality of life for patients who are experiencing a life limiting illness. With the help of volunteers like you, our patients get a chance for enjoyment and socialization!
Companionship and Pet Therapy volunteers make friendly visits on their own schedules.

Orientation, training, background check, TB Test and drug screen are required and provided!

We can't wait to meet you!
