We are working on various construction projects to upgrade a hospital in Mattru, Sierra Leone. Some team members travel to Sierra Leone for implementation, while others support entirely from the Lehigh Valley. We need engineering and project management talents, with the time commitment flexible to meet the volunteer's schedule. All helping hands are welcome.

Engineers Without Borders USA harnesses the skills of engineers to tackle the challenges that keep the world's poorest people from living healthy, productive lives. Our highly skilled volunteers work with communities to find appropriate, sustainable solutions for their infrastructure needs. Our organization has nearly 300 chapters - this posting is for the Lehigh Valley Professional Chapter. We have two communities we support - Mattru, Sierra Leone (hospital improvement) and Machete/Cabeza de Toro, Dominican Republic (clean water infrastructure).
