Join Casey Trees on January 22nd from 6:30-8pm to learn more about DC's urban forest and how to get involved.
We will cover history of DC through the lens of trees, the work of Casey Trees and an overview of our volunteer programs so you can ensure DC's legacy as the City of Trees.

Description
Casey Trees is a Washington DC-based non-profit established in 2001 committed to restoring, enhancing and protecting the tree canopy of the Nation's Capital.
Casey Trees helps individuals and groups add new trees and protect existing ones; provides diverse educational opportunities including hands-on workshops, classroom lectures and monthly Tree Walks; offers year-round volunteer opportunities; develops interactive online tree tools for public use; works with elected officials, community members and developers to promote innovative tree space design; and connects people to and through trees.
