The VOLUNTEER TEAM LEAD is responsible for the following:
Prepapration of volunteer orientation materials
Tracking of in-process volunteers
Support for volunteers in the orientation process
Bi-weekly check ins with active volunteers to schedule patient visits
Teaching/coaching as needed to ensure chart documentation compliance
